Low-Sugar, High-Protein Blondies

With just five ingredients, you'll have a batch of soft, protein-packed squares ready in under 30 minutes. Each serving delivers about 10 grams of protein and only 3 grams of carbs, making them a smart option for steady energy without the sugar crash. Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut butter of choice (almond is our favorite)

Instructions
